A payments help centre

An interactive help centre for a payments operations team, built to my Content Design System. It takes one topic, card payment disputes, and shows it in 10 formats.

  • Each format suits a different need. There is an article with steps, a process flow, questions and answers, a video, and a decision tree.
  • Five more formats cover a troubleshooter, a glossary, a reference card, product updates, and a checklist.
  • A Step by step walkthrough takes you through each article in a practice app, with one action in each step.
  • An animated explainer shows how to respond to a chargeback in four steps, with a Cartesia voice-over and captions.
  • Keystone is an invented product. The demo uses no real company names or logos.

    Ordering hospital meals, in the NHS design system

    A service that lets hospital patients order their meals for a weekend. I built it to the National Health Service (NHS) design system, then again to the GOV.UK Design System to compare the two. Patients check their details and allergies, then choose breakfast, lunch, dinner and a snack. Ward staff add new patients to a bed.

    Each example opens in its own window. The project plan holds the user journeys, the differences between the two design systems, and every decision.
